You like strawberry matcha? You'll love this tailor-made Ferrari!

Currently offered by l'Art de l'Automobile, this Ferrari 812 GTS is a highly customized tribute to the 1960s. Finished in a green over burgundy specification, the 800-hp V12 convertible blends modern performance with a color palette reminding some Gen Z’lers of their favorite drink.

The Ferrari 812 GTS marked the return of a front-engine V12 spider to the Maranello portfolio. However, the aesthetics of this specific example differ quite a lot from the typical standard specifications. It was commissioned through Ferrari's Tailor Made programme, a department allowing clients to co-create bespoke vehicles directly with factory designers to realize highly individualized configurations.

This 812 GTS was designed as a direct tribute to the classic Ferrari 400 Superamerica SWB Cabriolet Pininfarina, chassis #1945 SA. The exterior is finished in Verde Bottiglia Metalizzato, contrasted by delicate Argento Nürburgring Lucido dreamlines on the hood and trunk. Notably, it is one of only seven Ferraris worldwide to feature exterior “Tailor Made”-badges inspired by the vintage Pininfarina logo.

Inside, the historical connections remain prominent. The cabin is entirely upholstered in Connolly 3171 burgundy leather. A particularly rare feature for a modern Ferrari is the inclusion of Honduras 10.45 wood inserts on the steering wheel and a matching cabin plaque — an explicit nod to the Prancing Horse’s Gran Turismos of the sixties. Bespoke door sills and Kevlar floor mats complete the interior packaging. Delivered new via Ferrari Nürnberg in late 2022, this first-owner German car has covered just 2,500 km. Offered with recoverable VAT, complete original documentation, and factory maintenance covered until 2029, it pairs contemporary track-capable performance with a decidedly history-conscious visual character.
