“The world doesn't need a car like the Bugatti Veyron, but the fact it exists at all is reason for celebration” – British magazine Autocar sums up the extraordinary Veyron Super Sport

The benchmark supercar of the new Millennium, the Bugatti Veyron has, since 2005, frequently been the world’s fastest supercar. While the basic Veyron’s performance is staggering, the Super Sport that took a bow at the 2010 Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance was something else: power output was raised from 987bhp to 1,183bhp and it received a modified ground-effects package. Bugatti’s test driver Pierre Henri Raphanel achieved 267.856mph at VW’s own test track in a Super Sport.

Autocar again: “If a Veyron set off from a standing start 10 seconds after a McLaren F1 – in which time the F1 will already be travelling at 130mph – the Bugatti reaches 200mph at exactly the same time as the F1. Think about that.”

This Motor Car

Our German client configured this car in April 2011, taking delivery later that year. He chose the striking combination of Bright White (LR9A) with Pearl Night Blue (RAL 5026) contrast. The full leather interior was Indigo Blue with sections in Pebble Beach Blue (CFK 6K). Many of the accents of the car were finished in blue and the options list was as follows:

Exterior:

Painted wheels (GT-One single tone)
Painted oil and fuel caps
Painted door handles
Two-tone ‘horseshoe’
Blue brake calipers
Two-tone NACA ducts
Painted rear deck inner surfaces
Painted engine cover
Two-tone rear wing
Interior:

Blue nano-coated parts
Painted interior mirror
At just 3,677km today, this striking, low-mileage Veyron Super Sport has been meticulously maintained and is ready for blast off.
