The fourth Bugatti Vitesse Legend Edition is a 'Rembrandt'

In Geneva, Bugatti has unveiled the fourth of its six-part series of Legend Editions. Based on the Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport Vitesse, the 'Rembrandt Bugatti' pays tribute to the sculptor - the brother of Ettore, not the more famous painter by that name.

Under the title ‘Les Légendes de Bugatti’ the marque launched a super-exclusive, limited-edition series last year, honouring eminent personalities in its history – keeping the model alive and fresh for a while longer. The fourth in the series is named after sculptor Rembrandt Bugatti, brother of company founder Ettore, among whose best-known works is the sculpture of a dancing elephant that graced the radiator of the Bugatti Type 41 Royale.

As with the first three Legend Editions (in honour of Jean-Pierre Wimille, Jean Bugatti and Meo Costantini) – all of which are sold out – the ‘Rembrandt Bugatti’ will be limited to just three examples. The purchase price comes to 2.18 million euros, net of taxes.
