Description

Biarritz Sports And Classic Cars (BSCC) is pleased to present this beautiful 1974 Alfa Romeo Giulia GT 2000 Veloce.

The Giulia GT is a true icon of Italian automotive history, combining power and elegance with its fluid and aggressive bodywork.
Under the bonnet is the traditional Alfa Romeo 2-litre in-line 4-cylinder engine, capable of developing 132 horsepower.
This engine is combined with a 5-speed manual gearbox, offering a sporty and agile driving experience.
As the successor to the 1750, the Giulia GT 2000 Veloce was redesigned in 1971 with a number of aesthetic changes to meet customer expectations.
The interior was reworked to create a more comfortable atmosphere in keeping with the spirit of the 1970s. For the bodywork, a new four-headlight chrome grille with eight horizontal bars forming the traditional central triangle, larger rear lights including a reversing light, and the green Visconti dragon on the rear pillars.
This version is equipped as standard with a 25% self-locking differential that significantly improves driving performance.

This 1974 Alfa Romeo Giulia GT 2000 Veloce is a particularly rare and sought-after model, with its black perforated leather interior (a rare period option) and sheet metal wheels with original wheel covers.
It was delivered new in France in June 1974.
It has been in the hands of the same owner for 15 years, who has taken great care of it and kept it in the best possible condition.
It has been driven about 30,000 km since 2008.
The car is in very good condition. There is no trace of rust, the alignments are perfect.

At the wheel, the driving position is perfectly adapted to take full advantage of the capabilities of this Italian GT. The gears pass without any creaking, a sign of the good health of the synchros. The sound of the engine is enchanting and adds to the unique driving experience that this Alfa Romeo offers.
On the road, the car handles perfectlý the power transmitted to the rear wheels makes the chassis playful.
This example will delight enthusiasts looking for a driving experience specific to the 1970s.
