We found the wildest German speed machines at FuoriConcorso KraftMeister

This year's FuoriConcorso KraftMeister celebrated the greatest road and racing cars Made in Germany. From Le Mans and Dakar racing legends to forgotten one-off concepts and ultra-rare restomods, Classic Driver found the coolest cars on Lake Como in our feature film.

The peaks of German automotive engineering took the center stage across Villa del Grumello, Villa Sucota, and Villa Olmo last weekend at FuoriConcorso, one of the world's most exclusive and influential car cultural events on the shores of Lake Como in Italy. Under the “KraftMeister” theme — roughly translating to strength and mastery — the event became a curated tribute to German automotive culture, spanning Mercedes-Benz heritage displays, Porsche air-cooled icons, Audi’s motorsport lineage, BMW touring car history, and the iconic orange Jägermeister racing cars alongside restomods, rare one-offs and concepts, and contemporary reinterpretations of performance engineering.

At FuoriConcorso, the automobile is treated as both industrial object and cultural artifact rather than pure spectacle. Follow Mano Machinek as he explores the most iconic, impressive and surprising cars at FuoriConcorso Kraftmeister for both Classic Driver and Rennmeister in our feature film by Szymon Stanny.
