At the 2006 Turin and 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics, Christophe Schmidt competed in the mens snowboard halfpipe. The athlete, who was born in 1983, has always had numerous interests that went beyond sport. He invested the first money he earned from snowboarding in a Porsche 911S Targa, from 1971 - the begining of a fine collection of classic Porsches. Since then Christophe Schmidt has turned his passion for automobiles into a profession.

They are known as the ‘Holy Trinity of car design’ – the visionary Alfa Romeo Berlina Aerodinamica Tecnica or B.A.T.
