Inspired by the Ferrari 250 SWB, this MG B weighs under a 1,000 kg and puts out an impressive 247 horsepower via a five-speed manual gearbox. Pozzi-tively Perfect
Classic Driver’s love for Pozzi Blue Ferraris is no secret, but combine that incredible shade with one of our favourite modern prancing horses — the Ferrari 456 — and a manual gearbox for good measure, and we have something of a dream ride on our hands. This stunning 2001 example is one of just 688 manual cars to leave the factory and has just two previous owners with around 15,000 km on the odometer. Mythical Rarity
Today’s instalment of “What on Earth am I looking at?” comes in the form of this 2008 Pilgrim Minotaur. Visually somewhere between a Peugeot 206, a Tommykaira ZZ, and a Le Mans prototype, the Minotaur was designed by John Forakis in the 1990s. Only a handful were assembled in Kent, with some estimates placing total production in the single figures. Built on a tubular chassis swathed in plastic fantastic body panels, the Minotaur weighed under 1,200 kg and was powered by a more-than-sufficient 350 horsepower 5.7-litre Chevrolet V8. If you’re particularly brave and have a penchant for the supremely obscure, go ahead and grab this Minotaur by the horns as it heads to the Collector Cars Auction sale on November 30th.
