RM Sotheby’s is delighted to announce the Milan auction, a new addition to our 2021 European calendar which is set to take place on 14-15 June at Sotheby’s Milan’s historic location, Palazzo Serbelloni in Italy. The sale will present 25-30 exceptional automobiles within the venue’s courtyard setting drawing on many of Europe’s collectors who will be in Milan for the start of the Mille Miglia. We are delighted to be working with our colleagues at Sotheby’s Milan and for the cooperation of Palazzo Serbelloni for the provision of the stunning location which will allow for a livestreamed sale with a full day preview on Monday, 14 June, and the morning of Tuesday, 15 June, available to a limited number of bidders by appointment only.
RM Sotheby’s is delighted to present a single-owner collection of fine Rolls-Royce and Bentley motor cars, to be sold almost entirely without reserve in Liechtenstein during the month of June. The collection features 25 cars spanning 88 years of manufacturing from the golden era of the two most famous British manufacturers of luxury cars.
The collection has been 30 years in the making, resulting in a wonderfully curated selection of cars that reside in a beautiful purpose-built facility and which have been the subject of a dedicated book. A Passion For Elegance is an outstanding example of its owner’s dedication and focus to assembling the very finest examples of best-in-class categories across multiple decades. Notably, many of the cars are sourced from some of the world’s finest collections and while impressive individually, when seen in the greater context as a collection, its impact and significance is remarkable.
The auction will take place in that facility and will, subject to all relevant restrictions, be conducted as a live sale with limited attendance. All the cars are offered in exceptional condition and are ‘on the button’, and thus present a wonderful opportunity for any enthusiast of fine British luxury automobiles.
