Description

1999 was a golden period of Porsche Super Cup Racing. The Porsche Super Cup races ran as a support race
to the 1999 F1 world championship.

This car was supplied to Parrabolica McCulloch Motorsport by AFN, Porsche Cars GB so was effectively the Porsche GB entry and was driven by Johnny Mowlem throughout the season. The car achieved some great results and many top 10 finishes, most notably a 3rd place in Melboune and ended up finishing 11th overall in the championship.

As a successful and well documented car, Michelin were keen to retain the image and PR momentum so they purchased the car to use at events for publicity. After this the car was again raced throughout Europe in various GT championships and races.

Most recently the car was invited to be shown on the lawn at the prestigious Heveningham Hall Concours
