The Deutsche Tourenwagen Meisterschaft touring car series was to become an all-out brawl by the dawn of the 1990s. Manufacturers were throwing millions into their respective machines, hiring ex-Formula 1 engineers and innovators in a bid to rule supreme, leading to a jam-packed race calendar that would leave spectators desperate for more. AN UNMISSABLE CELEBRATION OF LUXURY IN THE HEART OF THE MIDDLE EAST
RM Sotheby’s roars back into the UAE this December, igniting excitement in a country famously obsessed with all things automotive. Set against the luxurious backdrop of The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort in Abu Dhabi, the prestigious auction house will host an unmissable sale on 5 December. This will be no ordinary auction. It’s the birth of a new global gathering for collectors, conceived by Sotheby’s and promoted with the strategic support of the Abu Dhabi Investment Office (ADIO). Abu Dhabi Collectors’ Week will be a stage where art, design, fine jewelry, watches, real estate, and automobiles unite under one vision: to celebrate rarity, beauty, and exclusivity.
