Adler

Adler was a German automotive company, founded in 1900 by Heinrich Kleyer. In addition to cars, the company produced bicycles, typewriters, and motorcycles. Adler cars won many sporting events in the beginning of the 20th century. Car production ceased in 1940 and following World War Two, the company only built motorcycles. Production stopped completely in 1957.
