The Volkswagen Golf GTI was one of the first so-called "hot hatchbacks" and this one is from the second generation. This Golf MK2 GTI from 1988 was restored in 2017 in the Netherlands. It is newly painted in the original Heliosblau color (LA5Y) and combined with a new upholstered interior with sports seats. The 1.8ltr GTI (PF) engine has been overhauled. After the restoration / overhaul, the car drove approximately 500 km. Original Golf GTIs in this condition are very scarce.
