Back in the 1960s, designer and surfer Bruce Meyers spotted the perfect opportunity: build a light, playful beach car on top of the reliable Volkswagen Beetle platform.

And so the Meyers Manx was born, the original dune buggy. A shortened chassis, an ultra-light polyester body and Volkswagen's air-cooled boxer engine came together to create a driving experience like no other. This buggy became a symbol of freedom, sunshine, sand and adventure. In California the Manx grew into a cultural icon and even won off-road races such as the famous Baja events.

With its simple engineering, timeless design and enormous fun factor, the Volkswagen Buggy Meyers Manx is today a much-loved collector's piece and a true classic with rising popularity among enthusiasts and collectors alike.
