Triumph TR4 – Overdrive – Restored Example

This beautiful Triumph TR4 underwent a complete restoration in 2019, carried out with great attention to detail and respect for the car’s original character. The restoration was performed by a renowned Triumph specialist.

The work included extensive body restoration, during which the car was stripped down to bare metal and repainted in this stunning orange colour. The chassis was also thoroughly refurbished and fully overhauled. Mechanically, the car received equally comprehensive attention: everything was renewed where necessary, and the engine was completely rebuilt.

Several years have now passed since the restoration, and the car has covered only approximately 4,100 km since completion. It is therefore no surprise that it remains in excellent condition. The engine runs beautifully, the gearbox with overdrive shifts smoothly, and the interior is in superb condition.

The entire restoration process has been extensively documented, including invoices for new parts, photographs of the engine rebuild, and images of the body and chassis restoration work.
