The former owner decided to have it repainted with Onyx green metallic.

This 5-speed Porsche 924 XK is part of the 50 Jahre Porsche/Weissach Special Edition series (also called “Jubileum”).
Car produced in 1981, with a production interval from July to September 1981 in a number of 1014 units, of which 589 for West Germany and 425 for the rest of the world.

This car is one of the 425 destined for the rest of the world and more precisely one of the few registered in Italy in 1981. Original number plate from 1981, black with white numbers, “PR” letters. Owner’s manual, jack and original spare wheel.

Compared to the basic 924, this Giubileo features the turbo rear spoiler,
4-bolt 6J x 15″ spider web-type (“Millerighe”) alloy wheels with new 205/60R15 tyres (characteristic of the Giubileo series and, instead of a 14 rim, is fitted with 15 rim in the same pattern).
The code 402 (of the Giubileo) can be found on the sticker in the boot, under the carpet (see photo).

The interior is black with beige carpets (the seats have been completely redone and retain the “Ferdinand Porsche” lettering on the headrests of the front seats).

Bottoms in excellent condition, intact and free of rust.
Dashboard free of cracks.
Headliner in excellent condition.
3-spoke leather steering wheel covered in leather and leather gear lever knob.
Left and right outside mirrors.
Rear stereo speakers.
Black sports seats with signature “F. Porsche” on the headrests.

Small defects found: (parts easily available on the aftermarket)
faulty rear window wiper motor;
passenger-side air vent to be replaced;
front windscreen washer pipes to be replaced.

Engine and gearbox in excellent condition; it starts immediately!
Car inspected on 26/04/2021; the following work was carried out as part of the inspection:
new Bosch spark plugs;
new timing belt tensioner;
oil and filter change;
new original stainless steel exhaust silencer.
