Description

Like the GPs that preceded it, the new Mini John Cooper Works GP draws all the latent potential of the small three-door hatchback and the result is a radical hot hatch, being the most powerful and fastest MINI ever.

There are 306 bhp delivered by the four cylinders in line, with 2.0 l capacity and turbocharger. It is the same engine used on other BMW Group platforms, such as the M135i or the MINI Clubman JCW. On the contrary, the GP channels the 306 hp available between 5000 rpm and 6250 rpm and the expressive 450 Nm at 1750 rpm only at the front wheels.

To ensure traction at all times, the Mini John Cooper Works GP transmission also features a mechanical self-locking differential, which works in conjunction with the DSC stability control, with a 31% locking effect.

This rare specimen is new and is part of a limited edition of 3000 units worldwide.
