Not only was the SLR a world-class supercar but it also could easily perform double duty as a high-speed grand tourer as well. The car boasts a front-mid-engine layout with the engine sitting behind the front wheels and just ahead of the cabin. This helped to improve the SLR’s handling by giving it near-perfect weight distribution, but it also gave the car a rather spacious boot and cabin. Comfortable over long distances and fast enough to outrun just about anything else on the road, the SLR could seemingly do anything.
617 bhp, 5,439 cc SOHC supercharged V-8 engine, five-speed AMG Speedshift R automatic transmission with three manual modes, four-wheel independent coil-spring suspension, and four-wheel Sensotronic hydraulic disc brakes. Wheelbase: 2,794 mm.

Finished in the timeless colour combination of Crystal Laurite Silver SLR over Silver Arrow 300 SL red leather to the interior, it is here presented in mint condition throughout, showing just under 6.600 KM from new.
In addition, the car is accompanied with a number of service records showing that it has always been properly maintained. More recently, WDD1993761M000391 has gone through a major EUR 26.000,- service at Mercedes-Benz and is now ready for immediate enjoyment.
Boasting a great provenance, it is very rare to find such an original example which would be a great addition to any collection of modern supercars.
