This 1969 Mercedes-Benz 280 SL has undergone a comprehensive restoration, bringing it back to its former glory. The restoration was performed at Pagoda Classics in Adamovec, Croatia, where every part of the car was meticulously disassembled and refinished. As a result, the car is now in exceptional condition and stands out due to its high standard of restoration.

The exterior of the car is finished in its original Hellbeige color, and it features Vredesteom classic tires on color-matched steel wheels with factory wheel covers. The interior has been restored with brown leather upholstery and wood trim, creating a stylish and elegant look. It also includes notable features such as a VDO Kienzle dash clock and a Becker Europa radio.

During the restoration process, some modifications were made to enhance the car's aesthetics and performance. European-specification Bosch Lichteinheit headlights were installed to give the car a sleeker appearance. Additionally, the car was fitted with a 5-speed gearbox, the orignal is still with the vehicle. These modifications contribute to the overall appeal of this particular 280 SL.

As a result of the meticulous restoration and attention to detail, our1969 Mercedes-Benz 280 SL is considered a rare example of a W113 roadster that closely resembles a brand-new car from its era. Its accuracy, quality, and overall condition make it a standout vehicle in any collection, offering an authentic and enjoyable driving experience reminiscent of the past.
