The Jaguar XJ Sovereign V12 is a proper British limousine. This 1985 XJ Series III was owned by the first Dutch owner for 23 years and has only managed to clock up some 46,000 km. The XJ was supplied form new in Belgium and went to the Netherlands in 1994. In Holland this car has only ever had one owner. For the last 23 years the Jaguar has been very well loved. The bodywork is in very fine original condition with lovely straight and correctly aligned body panels all free of any rust. Inspection of the paintwork teaches us that the car has always been garaged as it is pristine. The chassis is also completely original and rust-free. The grey leather interior trim is of a similar very good condition as the rest of car. Mechanically the car is flawless. The 5.4 V12 runs a treat and is coupled up to a 3-speed automatic gearbox. The V12 delivers 285HP or 300 Newton metres of power. Jaguar XJ Sovereign V12 stand on the very popular so-called “peperpot” wheels. The original car wallet containing the original owner’s manual and service book is present. Even the original number plate certificates have been kept together.
