This beautiful Series 1 Fixed Head Coupe Flat-Floor 3.8 is the 38th FHC ever built, and was manufactured on the 20th November 1961 and subsequently delivered to the Leeds Jaguar distributor on 1st December 1961. The first owner was Mr D.M.A Jones, Bolton Percy, York. The car then went to the Republic of Ireland between 1965-1969. Since its return to the UK, the car has only had four owners, the last being a very significant and high-profile collector. Since he bought the car from us in 2014 he has carried out a cosmetic and mechanical restoration, including a complete re-paint back into its original colour of Opalescent Dark Blue, re-trim, plus engine and gearbox rebuild.
