Trade-in car. An original Ford Mustang Shelby GT350? You don't see those often. These types of cars have regularly fallen prey to heavy modifications or mediocre restorations. The GT350 we offer here is a rare original and executed in a rare configuration. A fantastic project without much trouble.

This Mustang is one of the 'Special Performance Vehicle' programme. The Marti Report is clear: this Shelby built in the first half of 1969 was delivered in the special color Gulfstream Aqua, of which only 217 were made. The 'Vinyl Hi-Back Bucket Seats' were also part of the original configuration.
But not only the appearance is beautiful, the technical equipment is also unusual: the first owner opted for the combination of a 351-4V engine with the Close Ratio four-speed gearbox. The latter, the manual gearbox, is a rare option. Only 247 buyers chose this combination. You can imagine that the rare color with a manual gearbox has probably only been chosen a few times. The first owner chose a number of nice options, such as air conditioning, tinted windows all around, power steering and power brakes.

The car is in a rare original and unspoiled condition. The body could use some attention, although we can also imagine that there are enthusiasts who prefer to keep it in its current state. Rust is practically non-existent, it concerns some imperfections on the sheet metal and of course the paint is aged.
The interior is in a neat condition and actually needs little attention. The engine compartment may not be the prettiest, but it is original and that is just as important with these types of cars.

In short: it is not often that a Mustang Shelby is for sale in such an original condition. With some care this Mustang can be driven again, with a restoration it can even be turned into a very beautiful and rare Muscle car. The GT350 comes with Marti Report and the necessary documentation.
