Trade in car. This very nice Ford Capri RS 2600 came of the Cologne Ford factory production line in February of 1972.It then found its way Switzerland. This 2600 RS represents the top of the range Capri, with an over 150 Hp V6 Kugelfisher injection engine. The car formed the base for the Group 2 RS2600 used with much success in the European Touring Car Championship. Not only did the RS possess a quick engine, it also had modified suspension, a close ratio gearbox, vented disc brakes, aluminium rims and reduced weight body panels. This unrestored RS has been maintained to the highest Swiss level of care. The bodywork is fine and undamaged. The original underbody is good and rust-free. The mainly original interior trim has been very well looked after. This RS has 121,896 km on the clock and has a Swiss Abgaswartungsdokument.
