Delivered new to Charles Pozzi, the official Ferrari dealer in Paris, France, in November 1996, this Ferrari F355 Berlinetta, finished in the elegant Argento Nürburgring over Nero Connolly leather and equipped with the highly desirable gated manual transmission, was retained by the dealership as a demonstrator for the 1997 model year at its Levallois showroom.

The accompanying original Warranty Card and Owner's Service Book document a consistent history of regular maintenance, initially carried out by Charles Pozzi itself until the car had covered 60,522 km, and subsequently by Modena Cars, the official Ferrari dealer in Plan-les-Ouates, Switzerland, in 2014, at 63,057 km. The car was then driven sparingly, returning to Modena Cars for further servicing in 2017, having covered just 28 km since its previous service, and again in 2021, with only a further 600 km added.

More recently, in August 2026, the F355 underwent a major service at Klausen in Gland, at 71,404 km, with a detailed invoice on file, totaling CHF 15'000. The mechanical work included replacement of the timing and auxiliary drive belts, air-conditioning service, water pump, filters and fluids, as well as brake servicing. Cosmetic attention was also given to the bodywork and wheels. The canceled Geneva title records Swiss expertises in 2021, 2022, and 2024 as well.
