NOTE Born to conquer the European Touring Championship, it was developed by AutoDelta.
Alfa Romeo's competitive hopes to replace the GTV6 were pinned on this car.
The mechanics were of the highest level, studied especially for racing and even superior to that of the Alfetta GTV TurboDelta.
Unfortunately the birth of the 75 changed the plans and this car never participated in competitions.
Registered new in Bergamo in 1985, it still maintains its first original plates.
Purchased by the current owner in 2019 in original conservation conditions, it has undergone a complete restoration that lasted over two years and was completed in 2021.
In December 2021 at the end of the restoration it was subjected to the first periodic MOT/TUV with the odometer indicating the original 70,500 km.
This will be valid until December 2023.
Currently the car has driven 72,300km since birth and only 1,800km since the total restoration.
The engine, which has been totally overhauled with original parts, is therefore still in the running-in phase.
In the engine restoration phase, the search for original spare parts, including pistons, required considerable effort and expenditure of money.

The interiors are all original equipment, original from the factory, demonstrating the good state of conservation of the car prior to the restoration.
The bodywork has been totally restored and with a great and patient research work all the original plastics, mouldings , badges and lamps deteriorated by time have been found.
When the mechanics were disassembled, the engine compartment was only washed to demonstrate the perfect state of conservation and the absence of previous accidents.
In 2019 it was accompanied by the certificate of historical relevance issued by ASI.
This beautiful and rare car is ready to meet the needs of Alfa Romeo collectors who want to own a true thoroughbred.
