Description
A great opportunity to acquire a fantastic AC Aceca that has been restored and mechanically sorted to an impeccable standard.
First owned by non-other than Earl Howe, Le Mans winner for Bentley and founding member of the BRDC, this car has competition in its blood, which still carries today having completed the Millie Miglia in 2019.
A UK supplied right hand drive example and finished in its original colour scheme of Bright Blue Metaline over Cream and blue interior; it is clear that Earl Howe had taste!
Moreover, this AC is matching numbers throughout and as a result of its exceptional history file, has a clear and traceable ownership history from new.
In preparation for the Millie Miglia in 2019 the car underwent an exhaustive mechanical rebuild from the ground up costing in excess of £60,000.00 by Brooklands Motor Company with the wider restoration costing far in excess of that just a few years earlier.
Presented today in lovely running condition, ready to be driven or used for historic competition. Ideal for the 2027 100th Anniversary of the MM.
