White 1921: The white house of St. Tropez

Bags, champagne, watches and many other luxury goods are combined under the roof of the French luxury brand Louis Vuitton. Now, Louis Vuitton has opened a small, and hence all the more exclusive, boutique hotel in St. Tropez.

On an historical site in the prestigious Place des Lices, in the heart of St. Tropez, the sleeping Maison Blanche has been brought back to life. The eight modernised suites of the new hotel ‘White 1921’ invite guests to take part in a special hotel experience in the French coastal region. All the bedrooms in the white, neo-classical villa offer views of the beautiful garden, designed by the renowned landscape architect Jean-Michel Wilmotte.

The garden offers hotel guests a short period of relaxation in an otherwise jam-packed jet-set calendar. The bar is another highlight of the lavishly restored building. The wine cellar is home to a large selection of champagne, with rarities from Moet & Chandon, Krug and Ruinart that include – perhaps not unsurprisingly – 1921 vintages.
