A Classic Driver celebration

To celebrate the switching-on of the world-famous West End Christmas lights, we held a champagne reception with Belstaff at its flagship store on New Bond Street. It was a great opportunity to mingle with friends, dealers and readers alike, and, of course, to assemble a small selection of classic cars and bikes beautifully representative of our unique philosophy. In addition to the sensational ex-Salvadori Jaguar XK120 that was kindly brought along by JD Classics, we were also thrilled to see ‘The Old Green Girl’ – a remarkably original Series 1 Land Rover that graced the pages of Classic Driver earlier this year in what was one of our favourite stories. Attendees were also treated to discounted prices on Belstaff’s timeless outerwear, perfect for dealing with the bracing winter weather. One of our favourite photographers, Tom Shaxson, was on hand to capture the atmosphere, so please enjoy his fabulous gallery from what was a memorable evening.
