‘From Rock ‘n’ Roll to the Racetrack’ – that’s the strapline for Oldtimer Galerie Toffen’s next Classic Car Auction, which takes place on the skating rink of Dolder Sports in Zurich, Switzerland, on 16 June. And it captures the spirit of the catalogue brilliantly – from the ‘Merlot Mica’ 1973 Lamborghini Espada Series 3 (est. 100,000–120,000 CHF), which you could imagine Mick Jagger cruising around London, to the fantastic collection of Porsche Cup cars, our favourite of which is the rare 944 Turbo Cup from 1988 (80,000–90,000 CHF).
