An open face pocket watch by Patek Philippe. Stamped 18k with poincon. Numbered 417327. Signed eighteen jewel keyless wind movement with club tooth lever escapement. Silvered dial with gilt baton hour markers, quarterly Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds dial to six. Yellow metal case. 44mm. 52gms.
