SILVER & ENAMEL
Swiss. Made in the early 20th century.
Fine and unusual, silver and guilloche
enamel circular table box.
Two-body, circular, engine-turned base,
the lid decorated with translucent cognac
enamel over an engine-turned image of a
putto sitting on a ledge with an hourglass to
his left and a skull to his right, white enamel
line border, the sides overlaid with cognac
enamel over an engine-turned ground.
