The case is inspired by the other stainless steel model in the Patek Philippe line-up, the Nautilus. It sports a rounded octagonal case and originally came with a 'tropical' rubber strap. The reference 5167 has a case size of 40mm, which is an increase of 2mm over its predecessor the 5065. This combined with the stainless steel bracelet gives a real presence on the wrist.
