Very fine and extremely rare, cushion-shaped, center seconds, self-winding,
water-resistant, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with date, entirely pave-set with
round diamonds, pave diamond-set dial with 3 baguette rubies and an 18K yellow
gold Patek Philippe link bracelet with a concealed 18K white gold Patek Philippe
deployant clasp, all bracelet links pave-set with round diamonds. The total
diamond WEIGHT is 7.49 carats.
Two-body, solid, polished and brushed, bezel and lugs pave-set with round
white diamonds, case back engraved with Japanese writing, flat sapphire crystal.
Yellow gold pavé-set with white diamonds and with 3 baguette ruby hour
indexes, aperture for the date. Yellow gold dauphine hands.
Cal. 335 SC, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 29 jewels, straight-
line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism
and 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating flat balance spring.
