No. 312579. Made circa 1900.
Fine, large, hunting-cased, keyless, minute-repeating,
14K pink gold pocket watch with chronograph.
Four-body, "bassine", solid, polished. Hinged gold
cuvette with award medals and inscription.
White enamel Arabic numerals, outer minute and
outermost chronograph divisions, sunk subsidiary
seconds dial. Gilt "Louis XV" hands.
Cal. 21''', frosted gilt, 19 jewels, straight line lever
escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance,
blued steel Breguet balance spring, repeating on gongs
by push button on the band.
Cuvette signed.
