A GENTLEMAN'S SOLID SILVER OPEN FACE OMEGA CHRONOGRAPH POCKET WATCH CIRCA 1910 D: Enamel dial with applied Roman numerals, outer minute track, double register recording minutes & continuous seconds. M: Keyless wind movement with lever escapement & 'swan neck' regulator, signed Omega. C: Circular engine turned hinged case, signed Omega, silver hallmarks, case diameter measures approx. 53mm excluding the neck & bow.
