Two-body, solid, polished, transparent case back with 4 screws, bezel and lugs
set with 46 round diamonds, screwed bars, cabochon diamond-set winding crown,
sapphire crystals.
Satine silver with painted black radial Roman numerals, secret Cartier signature on
the X. Blued steel épée hands.
Cal. 430 MC, rhodium-plated with special Cartier logo decoration, 18 jewels,
straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock absorber,
self-compensating flat balance spring.
