CONDITION:
NOTE: the chronograph counter is running OK and totaling perfectly, however not 100% reliable because it stops after some minutes working, inconsistent regarding stop point and time passed. These are very old machines, so it may be understandable and somehow acceptable, I think. Shaking the watch or using the top pusher (stop/restart) will usually unblock the chrono counter
Otherwise:
MOVEMENT - running perfectly. Machine is fairly clean, has no significant or concerning oxidation and no flaws. The ticking and balance movement seems very strong and the accuracy is really excellent - the daily difference is neglectable and consistent, but I would assure 10/15 seconds. Seems oiled and never to have been disassembled - has no tools marks on it. The chrono push buttons are smooth and operate the chrono easily, also the reset is easily performed by the push of the lower button with all the chrono hands returning to Zero with precison and accuracy. Both chrono hands, when resting in the stop reset position, point exactly to the Zero markers.
DIAL - Unrestored in very good vintage condition with a nice slightly darkened and even patina. Has no obvious scratches, no cracks, no deformations, no pitting, no flaws at all. No yellowing. No fading to the letters, scales and markings (see pictures). The hour markers are in perfect condition. Scales perfect. All markings are intact.
HANDS - All hands are original and have no flaws, no bends and no deformations. Insignificant oxidations, no scratches.
CASE - restored by chrome replating - no obvious wear, no scratches. No scuffs, nicks or cracks. Case has no deformations, all the edges are nice and crisp. No damaged corners. Lugs have an exact 18mm opening and are not bent by accidental deformation in any direction.
WINDING CROWN - excellent, no obvious dents, scratches or scuffs. Edges very crisp. Setting the hour perfectly.
CHRONO PUSHERS - original with no wear, rechromed. No dents, dings, scratches or scuffs. Actuating very smoothly.
BACK COVER - Stainless steel marked inside and outside, as pictured. Cover has no deformations and no scratches from opening tools. No dents, nicks, dings or scuffs. Acceptable few tiny pitting marks outside. No oxidations. Snaps easily and locks firmly.
CRYSTAL - acrylic and polished, probably aftermarket - no obvious scratches, no cracks or chips.
BAND - aftermarket of course, new, unused, very nice. Very soft touch and flexible. No wear and no flaws.
BUCKLE - perfect new.
All perfectly clean !
