This 280SL was delivered in Germany and came to the Netherlands in 1993 and only had 2 other owners ever since. Over the years it was well looked after and driven regularly.

Exterior:

The car has undergone an older restauration. It was repainted and reupholsterd.
Solid blue paint suits the car really well and the wheels and tires are in good condition. The car is rust free and the panal gaps are a testement of Mercedes build quality.

Interior:

New upholstry was fitted to the car and the back seats have been altered to fit more luggage. The original seats are deliverd with the car and can easily be replaced. By doing so you get a great 2+2 convertible for a family with small kids. The dails and buttons all function as we come to expect from German cars.

Driving:

The six cilinder engine has enough power to comfortably cruise and keep up with the modern traffic. The automatic 4 speed gearbox makes it smooth cruising car.
