limited edition of 100 examples in 2003.
Extremely fine, rare, heavy and large, self-winding, platinum wristwatch with round button
co-axial split-seconds chronograph, register, perpetual calendar, phases and age of the moon
and an 18k white gold Blancpain buckle.
Three-body, solid, polished, stepped bezel, straight lugs, snap on case back, correctors on
the band, sapphire crystal.
Matte silver with applied white gold radial Roman numerals, outer minute and 1/5th
second chronograph divisions, subsidiary dials for the 30-minute and 12-hour registers and
the days of the month, of the week, the months and the leap year, sector graduated for the age
of the moon, aperture for the moon phases. White gold feuille hands.
Cal. 56F9A, "oeil de perdrix" decoration 38 jewels, straight line lever escapement, shock
absorber, flat balance spring, monometallic balance adjusted to 5 positions, self-compensating
flat balance-spring, gold rotor.
