Originally designed as a small, personal country retreat by renowned Morrocan architect Elie Mouyal, Dar Batma has been transformed by its new owners into a luxurious villa in the heart of a private park. Only 15 minutes from the centre of Marrakech, the property is the perfect location for a peaceful retreat, with its shady patios, intimate terraces, calming water featuresa nd sprawling, colourful garden. ROOMS: Four central heated and air conditioned suites, each with their own bathroom. Three of them are in the main house, with access to the garden and private courtyard. The fourth suite, in the tower, acts as a private apartment with its own terrace overlooking the mountains. Adjoining the second patio, there are two smaller bedrooms that share a bathroom, intended for use by children or young adults. Three additional bedrooms may optionally be requested - feel free to ask us! The villa can therefore comfortably host 12 people in double bedrooms. The living areas are attractive and comfortable, carefully decorated with characterful ornaments and beautiful rugs that reflect local traditions, while maintaining modern standards of comfort. There are two swimming pools: one smaller pool serves as a calm place of refuge for guests seeking some peace and quiet, while the main pool is accompanied by a pergola, the perfect setting for lunches and dinners. The discrete, helpful staff will take care of all food shopping, cooking and cleaning throughout your stay, to allow you to relax and enjoy an unforgettable break.
