Artist: Alfred Hierl.
Alfred Hierl was an artist from Munich who designed several automotive and motorcycle race event posters. In 1936, Hierl won a silver medal in the art competition of the Olympic Games for his poster "International Avusrennen." Several paintings by Hierl are in the permanent collection of the Canadian War Museum, Ottawa.
