Motori Dardo, a Bolognese company producing auxiliary micromotors, ‘applicable to any bicycle without any modification’, as the advertising for these products stated, produced 50 cc two-stroke engines, weighing just 5.5 kg, with roller transmission – good performance and low consumption. It was particularly suited to installation on any frame. The proposed model is a beautiful Bianchi motorized bicycle and very well preserved. An attractive micromotor with brilliant performance. Restored and presumably never used since. A general mechanical check is recommended before use.
