Supplied by Maranello Concessionaires LTD in January 1972 to Mr D.A Pierpoint who ordered the car new and covered 20,000 miles in only 3 years of ownership. Later sold back through the supplying dealer to the second owner Mr A Szenes who kept the car from 1974 until 1992 and covered only 5,000 miles. Finally the car was sold to Mr Maroun where it sat in his fantastic collection along side his 250 California Spyder, 365 Daytona Spyder and F40, he later moved the car to Paris in 2013 where restoration work was carried out including engine rebuild and full respray. We have recently had a major service carried out at Bob Houghton where engine/chassis and gearbox numbers have been confirmed as matching and original. Today this low milage beautiful Daytona is presented in fantastic condition both mechanically and cosmetically, supplied with a full history file and ready to be enjoyed.
