Description

Lyonel Feininger. Typewritten artist's letter with watercolour, depicting a schooner, signed, 1953. Watercolour over pen and ink drawing on brown typewriter paper by Fratellic Picardo (Wz). 31.0 x 21.5 cm. Written in New York on April 24, 1953 to art historian Charlotte Weidler, stating Feininger's admiration of Paul Klee's art.
