18-jewel Cal.12-400 adjusted heat, cold, isochronism and five positions, stamped with the Geneva seal for quality, brushed silvered dial with applied faceted baton hour markers and black dot outer minute divisions, faceted gilt lance hands, subsidiary dial at 6 for running seconds, polished tonneau shaped case with screw down back, fitted Patek Philippe strap and associated gilt buckle, case, dial and movement signed
