· This public auction is under the judicial authority

· The inspection by potential bidders is organized by appointment only

· The vehicles are unless otherwise mentioned sold without a registration certificate but all have a “Vehicle identification sheet” issued by the prefecture of the Hauts de Seine area

· The vehicles are sold without a vehicle roadworthiness test certificate required by law for use in France, and it will be the purchaser’s responsibility to have the test carried out

· Each purchaser is obliged to pay forthwith the price of the bid, plus the legal fees payable by the purchaser of 14.352% including VAT and the specific costs of servicing /repair of the vehicle, carried out before the sale
