Description

Introduced for 1973, the Triumph Bonneville T140 carried the celebrated Bonneville into a new era with a larger 750 cc parallel-twin engine and front disc brake. Combining classic British styling with stronger performance, the T140 became one of Triumph’s defining motorcycles of the 1970s. This T140 is a handsome example of the final-generation Bonneville, which received a five-speed gearbox for more relaxed high-speed cruising and other refinements for everyday usability. This late-production example retains the essential character and appeal of the model that embodied British motorcycling for nearly two decades. Presented in largely unmodified condition, this is an attractive piece of British motorcycling history from the final significant chapter of the iconic Triumph marque.
