An exceptional example of the Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Roadster, combining the character of AMG's legendary naturally aspirated 6.2-litre V8 with a beautifully considered specification and remarkably well-preserved condition. Delivered new in Paris in May 2012, this SLS has had just three owners from new and is accompanied by a complete history including its original books and extensive invoices. Finished in the elegant Himalay Grey over a black fabric roof and Black & Anthracite Exclusive leather interior, it presents as an exceptionally well-kept example of one of Mercedes-Benz's most desirable modern classics.

An homage to the legendary Mercedes-Benz 300 SL, the SLS AMG Roadster occupies a special place in Mercedes-Benz history. Its long bonnet, wide stance and characteristic proportions are combined with AMG's naturally aspirated 6.2-litre V8, producing 563 horsepower and delivering its power through a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission. With a claimed top speed of 317 km/h, the SLS offers the performance and drama expected of a true AMG while retaining the usability of a sophisticated grand tourer.

This particular example was completed in spring 2012 and delivered to its first owner in Paris on 18 May 2012. It was specified in the elegant Himalay Grey, complemented by a black fabric roof and Black & Anthracite Exclusive leather interior. The combination gives the car a timeless and understated appearance, particularly well suited to the SLS Roadster's distinctive proportions.

The classic specification is particularly desirable, with staggered 19- and 20-inch forged AMG wheels positioned over standard brakes, together with the AMG Performance steering wheel. Further equipment includes Mercedes-Benz's Airscarf neck-level heating system, reversing camera, Blind Spot Assist and electrically adjustable memory seats.

Mechanically, the car is fully up to date with its servicing and is fitted with Mercedes-Benz-approved tyres from 2025. The applicable airbag recall has also been carried out, ensuring the car is properly up to date and ready to be enjoyed.

The car has covered low mileage and has been exceptionally well cared for throughout its life. The complete history file, including the original books and numerous invoices, is carefully presented in its dedicated binder and provides a detailed record of the car's maintenance and ownership.

Today, the SLS presents in excellent condition throughout and retains the presence and character that make this generation of AMG so special. The naturally aspirated V8, distinctive design and open-top configuration make it a particularly compelling modern collector car, while its relatively low production numbers and unique position in Mercedes-Benz history continue to make the SLS increasingly sought after.
