Lamborghini, la firme de Sant'Agata Bolognese, fait rêver toutes les générations depuis plus de 50 ans. Si elle a vu naître des icônes comme la Miura ou la Countach, sa gamme actuelle demeure l'une des plus prisées par les collectionneurs et les pilotes du monde entier. Dévoilée au Salon de Genève en 2011, l'Aventador a pris une place de choix dans l'histoire des V12 de cette fascinante marque italienne. Ce modèle en constante évolution a été remis de nombreuses fois au goût du jour pour aboutir à sa version ultime : la SVJ, pour Super Veloce Jota.

Les séries Super Veloce, qui marquent un positionnement plus sportif dans la gamme, sont apparues chez Lamborghini avec la Diablo, puis, face au succès de la Diablo SV, la marque au taureau décide de relever à nouveau le défi avec la Murcielago LP670-4 SV dont la côte monte aujourd'hui en flèche. En 2015, Lamborghini dévoile à Genève l'Aventador SV. Si la SV était déjà un avion de chasse, l'Aventador LP770-4 SVJ vient la détrôner et devient même l'auto de série la plus rapide sur le Nürburgring à sa sortie. Cette fois-ci, ce sont seulement 900 exemplaires qui sont prévus et ils furent tous vendus très rapidement, preuve de l'engouement autour de cette auto.

Bien évidemment, les performances donnent dans la démesure. Cette supercar abat le 0 à 100 km/h en seulement 2,8 secondes pour une vitesse maximale supérieure à 350 km/h. Le V12, à la sonorité reconnaissable entre mille, développe désormais 770 chevaux à 8500 tours/min et le poids tombe à 1525 kg, notamment grâce à sa monocoque. On passe donc sous le rapport 1:2. Cette auto, à l'aise sur circuit comme sur route ouverte grâce à ses 4 modes de conduite, utilise la boîte ISR à simple embrayage, connue comme la boîte robotisée la plus rapide du monde.

La SVJ bénéficie également du système Aerodinamica Lamborghini Attiva 2.0 qui permet de moduler la charge aérodynamique grâce aux volets actifs dans le splitter avant et sur le capot moteur. Les 4 roues sont directrices en plus d'être motrices, ce qui accrue, outre l'adhérence, la maniabilité et les performances en virage à faible vitesse, tandis que le contrôle et la stabilité du véhicule restent assurés à très haute vitesse. The Super Veloce series, which represents a more sporting position within the range, first appeared at Lamborghini with the Diablo. In 2015, Lamborghini unveiled the Aventador SV in Geneva. If the SV was already a fighter jet, the Aventador LP770-4 SVJ went on to dethrone it and even became the fastest production car around the Nürburgring upon its release. This time, only 900 examples were planned, and they were all sold very quickly, proving the enthusiasm surrounding this car.

Naturally, the performance figures are truly excessive. This supercar accelerates from 0 to 60 mph in just 2.8 seconds, with a top speed exceeding 217 mph. The V12, with its unmistakable sound, now develops 770 horsepower at 8,500 rpm, while the weight drops to 1,525 kg, notably thanks to its monocoque. This brings the power-to-weight ratio below 1:2. Equally at home on the track and on open roads thanks to its 4 driving modes, this car uses the ISR single-clutch gearbox, known as the fastest automated manual transmission in the world.

The SVJ also benefits from the Aerodinamica Lamborghini Attiva 2.0 system, which allows the aerodynamic downforce to be modulated thanks to active flaps in the front splitter and on the engine cover. All four wheels are steered as well as driven, which, in addition to increasing grip, enhances maneuverability and low-speed cornering performance, while vehicle control and stability remain ensured at very high speeds. The active suspension system also proves to be highly effective.
