The De Tomaso Pantera underwent its most significant and final transformation in 1990, when the marque tasked Marcello Gandini with reworking the wedge profile Tom Tjaarda had penned two decades earlier. The result was the Pantera Si, a refined, more contemporary interpretation of the mid-engine V8 formula that closed out Pantera production entirely. De Tomaso built just 41 examples, making the Si among the rarest variants the factory ever offered.

This example left the factory in February 1991 per its De Tomaso certificate and was delivered new to Sport Cars GmbH of Stuttgart, entering service at first registration on 9 April 1991. The car passed to a Mr. Till of Berlin in 1995 and remained within his family for nearly two decades, undergoing a thorough restoration in the early 2000s, before Till's heir sold the car into its current ownership in May 2014. It has remained registered in Germany since and is offered with a substantial history file, including original purchase paperwork, service records, and factory documentation.

With just 41 examples of the Pantera Si built, this example pairs its 247 PS 5.0-liter V8 with a ZF five-speed manual transmission. The car remains finished in its original Nero Metallizzato over Grigia leather and carpeting, showing just under 25,000 kilometers at cataloging and freshly serviced by M&R Automobile in April 2026. This Pantera Si stands as one of the most compelling final expressions of De Tomaso's mid-engine bloodline.
