Aston Martin DBSV8/10070/RC was first registered on 1 November 1970 with registration EVT 244J.
The V8 was equipped with a Bosch fuel injection system with a 5-speed ZF manual gearbox and air conditioning which are all retained today.
8 former custodians from new with one custodian Mr Nigel Grice who raced the V8 in sprints such as Goodwood, Loton Park, Wiscombe Park and Curborough, from 1999 up until 2016. Mr Grice owned the V8 from 1994 until 2014.
Recent works totalling over £10k, with Richards of England, prior to being brought for sale. Major service carried out, as well as other mechanical works, including the replacement of the front wheel bearings, replacement of the cam covers and new tyres throughout.
The V8 comes equipped with an extensive history file and inclusive documents, including a copy of the November 2021 edition of Classic Cars where the V8 was one of the cover cars.
